Donations

Since 1955, the Jewish Community Center and Congregation B’nai Torah has supported the community and spiritual growth of many individuals and families. Although the original community center was lost in a fire in 2004, thanks to the support of our congregation members and families, the greater Greenwood Lake and neighboring communities, we were able to rebuild with the idea of continuing to provide community activities and events into the next generation.

Donations from current congregants and supporters keep our building and programs running.  But it does not stop there. We need your support too.

Because we are a non-profit organization, all financial donations are tax deductible.

These funds not only support the operating budget and special programming, such as educational and musical programs, but they also help families in need. Like many Jewish organizations, we engage in capital improvement projects that ensure the future of the Center and Congregation.

If we do not raise some big funds within this year, we will have to close our doors after Yom Kippur next year. Please help us SAVE OUR SHUL!
