Our Mission

To serve the spiritual and communal needs of our congregants in the Greenwood Lake, NY/NJ and Lower Hudson Valley areas.

To sustain an atmosphere of warmth and spirituality that brings families back from generation to generation.

Under the leadership of our clergy, Rabbi David Korngold, to continue offering religious services, bar mitzvah classes and adult education classes as well as many other community and social activities and events.

To maximize opportunities for our members to form life-long bonds with their fellow community members and congregants through social and religious programming.

To support the local community and its citizens, especially those who are in need.

Life Cycle Events
The circle of life is both celebrated and revered at B’nai Torah. We encourage families to hold britot and baby naming ceremonies, Bar/Bat Mitzvot, weddings and other simachot events. Our clergy also provides assistance during times of illness, loss and need.
